Chain Reaction: A Speed Networking Opportunity

Breaking down barriers and making the opportunities available in NM more accessible to startups and companies.   

You, or your company, should participate in Chain Reaction if you fit into one or more of the following:  

• The company you represent fits within the standard definition of a startup, meaning a young company with strong growth potential and an innovation that has the potential to disrupt the marketplace. 
• The company you represent has not previously operated in New Mexico and is actively seeking to establish operations in the state. 
• You have an patent or technology in development that you can discuss in general terms without requiring a confidentiality agreement and are seeking assistance bringing it to market. 

Successfully transferring and scaling technology into the market is already challenging. Tapping into incentive programs, identifying and applying for funding, and navigating the regulatory environment all make the challenge even harder. By participating in Chain Reaction, you will have a chance to meet briefly with the leadership teams from various agencies and authorities. Even if you don’t have time to ask all of your questions, you will be able to share contact information and identify ways to follow up and continue the conversations.   

Participation in Chain Reaction is through application only. Applications are available only to individuals registered for Building an Advanced Energy Ecosystem.

There is no additional cost beyond the registration fee for Building an Advanced Energy Ecosystem Conference. 

Chain Reaction is managed as a hybrid of speed dating and matchmaking. Before the event, we will review your application responses to curate an experience that is as valuable as possible. When you arrive, a facilitator will direct you to your starting table, where you will meet your first station. You will have five minutes to network and connect before rotating to your next station. This process will continue for the entire 90-minute duration.
